Transcription works on any iPhone that runs iOS 26 or later. Summaries, decisions, action items and open questions use the on-device model provided by iOS, so they require an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro or later) with Apple Intelligence turned on in Settings > Apple Intelligence & Siri.

On other iPhones, Meowji still creates the full transcript. If Apple Intelligence is still downloading its model, your meeting waits and is analyzed automatically when the model is ready.

The first time you transcribe, Meowji downloads its speech model — about 630 MB, once. Use Wi-Fi if you can and keep Meowji open until the download finishes; progress is shown in the app. Later transcriptions reuse the model.

Yes, after the one-time speech model download. Recording, transcription and summaries all run on your iPhone and don't need an internet connection. Live captions use speech assets that iOS may need to download the first time you use a language.

• In Meowji, start a new meeting and choose the online meeting option.
• Tap the start button, choose Meowji in the iOS broadcast sheet and tap Start Broadcast.
• Join or continue your call in your video-call app. Meowji records your microphone and the call audio on separate tracks.
• When the call ends, stop the broadcast (red indicator at the top of the screen, or Control Center), then return to Meowji. It picks up the recording and transcribes it, labeling "Me" and "Other side".

Only audio is saved — screen video is never recorded. Online meetings are processed after you return to Meowji; live captions are available for in-person recordings only. In group calls, everyone except you shares the "Other side" label.

Please always tell participants you are recording and get their consent before you start. Recording laws differ by country and region — some require everyone's consent — so follow the rules that apply where you and the other participants are.

Everything — recordings, transcripts, summaries and action items — is stored only on your iPhone. We have no server and never receive your data. To delete a meeting, delete it in Meowji; its recordings and notes are removed. To remove everything, delete the app. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Open a meeting and use the export button on its action items. The first time, iOS asks for permission to access Reminders.

Add them to the custom vocabulary in Meowji's Settings. Meowji uses this list to recognize names, products and jargon more accurately in future transcriptions.

• 在 Meowji 新增會議，選擇線上會議。
• 點開始按鈕，在 iOS 廣播視窗選擇 Meowji，再點「開始廣播」。
• 在視訊通話 App 裡加入或繼續會議。Meowji 會把你的麥克風與通話聲音分成兩軌錄下。
• 會議結束後停止廣播（點螢幕上方的紅色指示，或從控制中心），再回到 Meowji。它會自動撿起錄音並轉錄，標出「我」和「對方」。

只會保存聲音，絕不錄下螢幕畫面。線上會議會在你回到 Meowji 後才處理；即時字幕只支援實體會議錄音。多人通話時，除了你以外的與會者都會標為「對方」。

錄音前請一定要告知與會者並先取得同意。各國家與地區的錄音法規不同，有些地方要求所有人同意，請遵守你與其他與會者所在地的相關規定。

錄音、逐字稿、摘要與待辦事項全部只存在你的 iPhone 上。我們沒有伺服器，也從不接收你的資料。要刪除某場會議，在 Meowji 裡刪除即可，錄音與紀要會一併移除。要全部清除，刪除 App 即可。詳情請見隱私權政策。

打開會議，在待辦事項使用匯出按鈕。第一次使用時，iOS 會詢問是否允許存取提醒事項。

到 Meowji 的設定，把它們加入自訂詞彙表。之後的轉錄會參考這份清單，更準確地辨識人名、產品名與專業術語。
